1:1 healing sessions consist of a brief discussion about what is coming up to be healed, Guided Breathwork, Meditation, Healing Touch and Sound.
An initial personal inventory and intention helps set the focus of our work together.
Each session is intuitively guided to access which tools are needed for emotional and spiritual balance and healing.
There are a wide variety of physical and emotional sensations that you might experience; while this is unique to each person and their own healing process, most people feel various types of tingling, vibration, and physical releases, as well as emotional releases.
